GREAT REALTOR - Overall Satisfaction ★★★★★
We moved to the Prescott area from Washington State. I had met Ryan at the Masonic Lodge in Prescott and later learned that he was a Realtor. Ryan interviewed my wife and myself, then sent us a list of properties we might want to look at. We reviewed the list together and discussed the pros & cons of each listing. We spent a number of days viewing properties until we found the right property in Prescott Valley. Ryan was a wealth of information about the different neighborhoods and as a prior contractor, pointed out structural deficiencies that would have cost us additional expenses. Above all Ryan was straightforward and honest. He worked closely with us thru the property inspection, title, and escrow. We have recommended Ryan to friends we know are looking to move to the area. He would be the first one to call if we had a question about real estate in the Prescott and Prescott Valley area.

-Really Works FOR You- Overall Satisfaction ★★★★★
Ryan was consistently and calmly always in our camp, even as we changed our list of "wants" and our price point after seeing several properties with him. He patiently dedicated his time without constraints (ie, he didn't have to run off to other appointments or handle phone calls while with us). And after the sale, he proactively stayed in touch with us and even helped with "move-in" issues that he had no responsibility for ... he just wanted to make sure that all goes well and that we're happy. We can't pay a higher compliment than that. Thank you, Ryan! Great job!
